MEETING NOTICE WINDING CREEK OF TIPPECANOE COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A meeting of THE MEMBERSHIP of Winding Creek of Tippecanoe County Homeowners Association Inc. will be held MONDAY October 7, 2019 Location: COYOTE CROSSING GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE The meeting will commence promptly at 6:00 PM. If you are planning on ordering food or drink, please arrive early! This will be the first membership meeting called following the recently revised By-Laws. Revisions were created to correct flaws found in older versions and are designed to facilitate increased operating efficiency for the association. Among the most important changes is a reduction in the meeting quorum requirement, which was previously set to a standard quite difficult to attain. The Subdivision Restrictive Covenants have not been changed; all rules pertaining to minimum required voting percentages remain intact.
