MEETING NOTICE WINDING CREEK OF TIPPECANOE COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A meeting of THE MEMBERSHIP of Winding Creek of Tippecanoe County Homeowners Association Inc. will be held MONDAY October 7, 2019 Location: COYOTE CROSSING GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE The meeting will commence promptly at 6:00 PM. If you are planning on ordering food or drink, please arrive early! This will be the first membership meeting called following the recently revised By-Laws. Revisions were created to correct flaws found in older versions and are designed to facilitate increased operating efficiency for the association. Among the most important changes is a reduction in the meeting quorum requirement, which was previously set to a standard quite difficult to attain. The Subdivision Restrictive Covenants have not been changed; all rules pertaining to minimum required voting percentages remain intact. In March of 1999, Coyote Crossing signed an agreement with Winding Creek Development which guaranteed that the 170+ acres adjacent to Winding Creek Neighborhood would remain a golf course for 20 years. This agreement ended on March 25, 2019. With approval from the Winding Creek HOA Board, Coyote Crossing would like to invite all Winding Creek Homeowners to attend a Property Value Stabilization Forum at the Coyote Crossing Clubhouse on Wednesday, May 8th at 6:00pm This is not an official Winding Creek HOA meetings, but a special forum conducted by Coyote Crossing to gather input from Winding Creek residents. Topics of the Property Value Stabilization forums will include discussions on Winding Creek’s vested interest in Coyote Crossing’s success and ideas on how best to align the future relationship between Coyote Crossing & Winding Creek HOA.
