POND UPDATES:

500 N Pond
Landscaping rework around the pond has been completed.
Fountain has been replaced in 2025


600 N Pond
Landscaping rework around the mechanical equipment has been completed.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE:

All islands in the neighborhood have been redesigned with new vegetation and mulching.  The Board is working on a replacement for the trees in the CR 600 entrance and will be revisited 2025 Fall.

500 N  Roadside Tree Line
Tree removal was completed in the HOA areas along CR 500 to remove the overgrown locust trees.  No new trees will be planted and will be a future project for 2025-26 if needed.
